General Operative, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a General Operative for our client based in the Pershore area.

Our client specialises in Event Management and Logistics, making products on site for bespoke customers and then distributing them to events.

• Load and unload equipment, furniture, staging, and event materials
• Dismantle and pack away equipment after events
• Ensure all equipment is handled safely and stored correctly
• Prepare equipment for upcoming events within the warehouse
• Event running – bar service
• Customer service and client facing
• Overnight stays and long hours depending on the event

• £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00
• Weekend work 2 in 12

• Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team
• Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro‑rata)
