Part-Time Cleaner (Construction Project)

Location:
Cowley, Oxford, OX44
Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Start Time:
Flexible - choose a start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Rate of Pay: 13.50ph Direct PAYE with SEARCH

We are looking for a reliable and diligent Part-Time Cleaner to join our busy construction project team in Cowley. This is a key role in maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment for all staff and trades on site.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for general cleaning duties across the construction site offices and communal areas. This is a temporary role for the duration of the project, offering regular hours and a flexible morning start to suit your schedule.

Key Duties Include:

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in site offices and welfare facilities (portacabins).
Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers, and kitchenette areas.
Emptying all bins and removing waste to designated collection points.
Wiping down surfaces, desks, and windowsills.
Keeping entryways and communal areas clear of debris.
Monitoring and replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies (e.g., soap, toilet paper).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
An understanding of safe working practices.
Access to their own reliable transport is essential due to the project location in Cowley, OX44.
