We are looking for a Cleaning Operative Supervisor who is an honest, hardworking and reliable individual to join our company. You will be expected to carry out cleaning duties as well as administration work, and to work alongside a team of Cleaning Operatives as a mentor within your role.

• Changing and making beds
• Sanitisation of all areas of client properties
• Dusting & polishing
• Hovering, sweeping & mopping
• Window cleaning (internal only)
• Use of washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers
• Oven cleaning
• Fridge & freezer cleaning
• Clearance
• Decluttering
• Deep & standard cleaning
• Ironing & putting away laundry
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
• Administration
• Must be well organised
• Must meet set deadlines
• Carry out spot checks in-line with company policies & procedures
• Carry out supervisions & appraisals
• Supervising a Team of Cleaning Operatives
• Providing On-Call Support (out of hours emergencies) including weekdays, weekends & bank holidays on a set rota basis
• Must be confident in using computers, phone systems and IT systems

• Your level of experience may bring a higher salary rate.
