Location: Newton Mearns
A leading care provider in the Central West of Scotland is seeking a Facilities and Estates Area Lead to manage maintenance and property quality across care homes. You'll ensure safety and compliance while coaching maintenance staff and optimizing property conditions. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in plumbing, electrical systems, and Health and Safety practices.
This role offers a competitive salary of £16.51 per hour and a 37.5 hour work week with additional benefits.
