Pay: £12.33 per hour

We are looking for a Tractor Trailer Driver to join our UK Leaf Farming team. This role is vital in hauling salad crops from field to farmyard and supporting other farm operations essential for crop production.

• Drive tractor and trailer during harvesting operations.
• Hand weed crops prior to harvesting.
• Apply nets and fleeces as required based on weather conditions.
• Perform daily checks on tractors and report any maintenance needs to the Harvest Supervisor or Farm Foreman.
• Assist with processing harvested crops, including stacking and wrapping crates for vacuum cooling.
• Carry out general manual duties to maintain a tidy farm environment.
• Undertake any other tasks as required by your line manager.

• Farm-based role, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically demanding tasks requiring strength and stamina.

Experience &

Skills:

• Full driving licence (including tractor driving).
• Experience in tractor driving and pulling trailers.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks.
• Good level of spoken English for Health & Safety communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
