Maintenance Team Member

Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour, depending on age.

• Work with the Maintenance Team Leader and team to ensure smooth running of the guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Perform essential maintenance repairs and minor work, keeping all areas fully functioning and presenting the best possible environment.
• Carry out painting and decorating tasks, both internal and external, including preparation works and minor repairs to surfaces and structures before painting.
• Use and maintain a variety of equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and door lock systems.

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician helpful but not essential – mainly willingness to learn large‑hotel maintenance.
• Skills:
