We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a small branch team of 2 3 people, where you'll be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that support the day-to-day running of the site. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a clear path for long-term stability and development.
What your day will look like as a Warehouse Operative:
- Conducting stock takes and managing inventory systems
- Receiving and processing deliveries with accuracy and care
- Sorting products into correct storage locations
- Handling incoming customer calls professionally
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in line with health and safety standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable working in a small team with a remotely based management team
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, particularly for call handling
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial but not essential
- Must be able to commit to a two-week training programme in Liverpool due to the nature of the business.
Training & Onboarding:
- 2 weeks of mandatory paid training in Liverpool, starting 19th January
- Travel, food expenses, and hotel accommodation are fully covered
- Option to stay in Liverpool for the full duration or return home over the weekend
