Hours & Work Pattern22.5 hours per week – 15 hours cleaning and 7.5 hours cleaning supervisor on a term‑time basis.
Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 7:30 am and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Hourly RateCleaner £13.33 per hour;
Cleaning Supervisor £13.64 – £13.79 per hour.
- Set up rooms for letting and act as the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.
- Supervise a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including assisting with training, recruitment & selection, maximising attendance and team briefings.
- Carry out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas and walls.
- Ensure the security of the building is maintained and act as a key‑holder as required.
- Monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification and COSHH regulations, reporting any difficulties to management.
