Hot Tubs and Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a Hot Tubs and Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth, Cumbria.
Hourly rate: £12.21 Contract: Permanent, full‑time, 40 hours per week across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.
Location: Bewaldeth (Cockermouth, Cumbria).

• Assist the maintenance team with upkeep of buildings and guest accommodation.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests on site.
• Assist with renovation projects and attend planned daily maintenance tasks.
• Complete necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance.
• Support the grounds team to maintain the retreat's appearance to five‑star standard.
• Help with grass cutting, strimming, edging, weeding borders and clearing pathways.
• Ensure the retreat remains clear and free of debris.

• Previous maintenance or grounds experience is an advantage.
• Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Valid driving licence and ability to drive site vehicles and buggies.
