A leading destination hotel in Wales is looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager responsible for the maintenance and compliance of the hotel. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of building maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum is offered, alongside benefits such as free meals on duty and employee discounts.
