• Attend appointments completing service inspections and breakdowns, providing on‑the‑spot repairs.
• Communicate diagnosis and progress clearly to customers, making them feel safe.
• Work independently or as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weathers.
• Utilise technical ability to solve a variety of vehicle issues, acting as the solution bringer.
• Deliver a friendly face for the UK’s largest motoring organisation, ensuring customers’ day runs smoothly.

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with demonstrable industry experience within a workshop environment.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
