This position works 24 hours per week, any 3 days within a 6‑day period including bank holidays.
Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with customers is crucial to our success. In this role you will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers' doors, no matter what the weather is doing.
You will work within our coldstore that runs at
-20°C. Protective clothing designed to deal with this temperature will be provided, along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary. You will need to work as part of the wider team and help out the office team when required. We encourage movement between teams to provide flexibility, job satisfaction, personal development and knowledge of the whole business.

Salary: £13.05 per hour (from 1 May 2026 it will increase to £13.45) + bonus + company benefits.
Responsibilities- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
- Pick orders within the coldstore
- Use our app to update customers on delivery status
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Help the office team and picking team when required
- Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
- Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday
- Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
- Experience with in a customer service‑based role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
- Experience of a multi‑drop delivery role
- Experience with in a care‑based role
- Warehouse experience
- Health & Safety awareness
- Friendly, approachable and reliable
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Good attendance and timekeeping
You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years. All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, driving licence checks and basic DBS checks. As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a basic DBS Disclosure. Guidance about whether a conviction or caution should be disclosed can be found on the Ministry of Justice website.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route as it does not meet the minimum requirements set out under the UK Immigration Rules.
