• Accurately report shift status information on a 2‑hourly basis.
• Lead planning with Operations, Agency and recruitment around specific periods such as Peak, Easter, Christmas and sporting events.
• Coordinate activities for the Shift Manager in terms of planning performance reviews and 1:1 meetings.
• Assist in the development and provision of KPI reports to the operational team on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor colleague performance in real time and report anomalies accordingly.

• High level of IT literacy with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to produce, interpret and present statistical data and analytical reports.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
