Conveyancing Paralegal

Position: Conveyancing Paralegal (Permanent)
Location: Biggar

Anderson Knight are currently working with a well-established legal firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team and brand new office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in residential conveyancing to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

* Assisting with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.

* Managing your own caseload under supervision, ensuring files are progressed efficiently from instruction to completion.

* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, missives, and reports.

* Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties.

* Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a conveyancing team.

* Good understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal procedures.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* High attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
