You’ll be managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post‑completion – including sales, purchases, leaseholds, transfers of equity and re‑mortgages.

You’ll have full autonomy, with access to support and systems that make your life easier – not harder.

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer
• Someone with recent experience handling residential conveyancing files end‑to‑end
• Confident managing client relationships and working independently
• Local to (or willing to relocate to) the Fylde Coast
