This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Client Lawyer located in Bourton-On-The-Water. The role involves managing a varied caseload, including drafting wills, advising on estate planning, administering estates and trusts, and dealing with taxation issues. The candidate will also be expected to provide high-quality legal advice to clients, prioritise client relationships, and work effectively within a team to ensure excellence in service delivery.

• Strong legal expertise in areas such as Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning
• Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal ideas clearly
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple cases efficiently under deadlines
• Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in client interactions
• Experience with using legal software is advantageous
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience in private client law
• Commitment to delivering high standards of client care
