This opportunity is at a Chambers-listed, Legal 500 firm in Swindon who are looking to hire a senior solicitor or legal executive at Senior Associate or Partner level to build and lead a new team in residential conveyancing.

As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage sales and purchases of high-value residential properties.
• Provide legal guidance on buy-to-let investments and property portfolios.
• Assist clients with shared ownership schemes and related legalities.
• Support and develop junior team members.

What experience is needed:

• Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive ideally with at least 8 PQE.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload independently.
• Business development and marketing experience is essential for this role.
• Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to departmental growth.
