Training and Maintenance Facilitator

Position: Training and Maintenance Facilitator (Permanent)
Location: Lark Hill

Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Training Facilitator to join their team in Larkhill. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional military training using cutting-edge simulation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Support

Deliver high-impact training at customer locations worldwide, acting as the main point of contact for trainees
Guide participants through training objectives and provide expert advice during exercises

Equipment Care & Technical Support

Conduct routine equipment care and maintenance to keep simulation systems operational and ready to deploy
Assist with equipment reconfiguration, updates, refreshes, and re‑imaging as part of ongoing software maintenance cycles

Customer Engagement & Site Support

Deliver safe, correct user training on all simulation equipment

Job Requirements:

Experience in Defence Training and simulation systems
UK Army experience
Experience delivering training in simulated environments (ideally VBS4)
Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
Full driving licence, with the ability to drive in the UK & overseas
Security Clearance: SC (or eligible)
