Northampton (hybrid working 1-2 days per week in the office)

* Salary £28,000- £30,000 per annum + quarterly bonus scheme

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-impact organic search strategies. You’ll lead on Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page optimisation, while adapting campaigns for AI-driven search and evolving Google algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a portfolio of SEO clients

* Deliver Technical, On-Page, Off-Page and Answer Engine Optimisation strategies

* Conduct keyword research, audits and competitor analysis

* Optimise for AI search, zero-click results and LLM visibility

* Analyse performance using GA4, SEMrush and Google Search Console

* Present clear, data-led reports to clients

* Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams

The Ideal Candidate :

You will be a proactive, analytical SEO professional with agency experience and strong client management skills. More about you:

* 2+ years’ hands-on SEO experience

* Proven success improving rankings, traffic and conversions

* Confident managing multiple client accounts

* Skilled in SEMrush, GA4, GSC and CMS platforms (Word Press/Shopify)

* Strong understanding of Google Core Updates and AI search trends

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
