We’re seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to join our Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, this role will take ownership of product data and imagery across our ecommerce ecosystem, ensuring an accurate, engaging, and seamless customer experience.

This position plays a critical role in how our products are presented online, influencing website UX, product categorisation, merchandising functionality, and overall site performance. The successful candidate will manage the flow of product data and imagery across our tech stack, primarily Akeneo, Canto, and Magento, to maintain best‑in‑class standards across the website.

What You’ll DoProduct Data Ownership
  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of product data across all ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage data enrichment including specifications, attributes, descriptions, and SEO fields.
  • Continuously improve product data quality to enhance onsite search, filtering, navigation, and UX.
  • Identify and implement improvements to product categorisation structure.
Platform Management
  • Manage product data flow between Akeneo (PIM), Magento (ecommerce platform), and Canto (DAM).
  • Ensure timely and accurate publishing of products across all relevant channels.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with product data teams to optimise data processes and integrations to support enriched product pages on site
Product Launch Support
  • Play a key role in coordinating and executing product launches online.
  • Ensure all product data, imagery, and categorisation are complete and ready ahead of launch deadlines.
  • Work cross‑functionally with the Marketing team to ensure smooth go‑live execution.
Product Imagery Management
  • Manage the upload, tagging and optimisation of product imagery in Magento (via Canto).
  • Coordinate with Creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to specification.
Customer Experience & Optimisation
  • Ensure product presentation enhances the customer journey and drives conversion.
  • Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives related to product pages.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years’ experience in an ecommerce or digital merchandising role.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of product data structures, taxonomy, and categorisation.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to product data.
  • Confident working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated
  • Strong communicator with collaborative working style.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Passionate and willing to learn
