A leading water utility company in the UK is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide excellent service to employees. You will troubleshoot Microsoft Teams issues, offer hands-on support, and improve incident resolution times. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and experience with IT systems such as Windows 10 and Office 365. This position offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum along with generous annual leave and a pension scheme.
