The Role:

Olleco is seeking a highly skilled, customer friendly, enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is perfect for someone seeking a challenging role with opportunity for career growth. As part of this role, you will be required to work independently, as well as collaborate with our passionate and customer-centric team to improve Olleco end‑user experiences. You should have experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure.

This is a Blisworth, Northamptonshire office‑based role.

You will be mainly responsible for:
  • Providing customer friendly technical support to Olleco users via telephone, email, and remote control.
  • Ensure tickets are correctly classified and prioritised and are being processed to meet OLA.
  • Building and configuring User Equipment.
  • Create and maintain the Knowledge Bases.
Technical

Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT.
  • Experience supporting Office 365.
  • Demonstratable Microsoft Cloud experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Admin centres and On Prem AD
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.
Possess at least one of the certifications (or suitable equivalent):
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS 900)
Possess the following characteristics:
