Overview
Halo ITSM Implementation Consultant –
Location:
Wrexham (On-site). Duration: 2-3 Weeks Contract initially. Rate: £340 per day (Inside IR35).
Start Date:
ASAP. We are seeking an experienced Halo ITSM Consultant to lead the implementation of HaloITSM for a major end client in North Wales. This is a short-term, on-site engagement focused on delivering a successful initial setup and configuration of the Halo ITSM platform.
- Full initial setup and configuration of Halo ITSM
- Tenant configuration and system customisation
- Integration with existing systems
- Delivering basic user training and knowledge transfer
- Ensuring best practice implementation aligned with business needs
- Proven experience implementing Halo ITSM (essential)
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Experience with system integrations
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
