Job Description

We’re growing our Social Department and looking for a Paid Social Executive with 2-3 years’ experience to join our ambitious team. This is a paid-social-first role, working across a mix of ecommerce and lead generation clients on Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest and X campaigns. If you love experimenting with creative, testing new ideas, and staying ahead of social trends, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run and optimise Meta & Tik Tok campaigns across the full funnel.
  • Analyse performance (ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR, CVR) and share clear, actionable insights.
  • Support creative testing and contribute ideas to campaign strategy and testing roadmaps.
  • Support organic content, UGC, and influencer activity (training provided).
  • Communicate with clients through updates, insights, and meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and paid media teams.
What You’ll Learn

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who’s confident in paid social and curious about full-funnel marketing. You’ll be strongest in Meta and Tik Tok, proactive in testing and analysing performance, and open to learning how organic content, UGC, and influencer activity fit into wider business goals as the department grows.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2-3 years’ paid social experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Tik Tok Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of campaign objectives, pixel events, and optimisation logic.
  • Confidence working with data and explaining performance insights.
  • A creative, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for social advertising.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with organic social, UGC or influencer-led content (not essential).

Paid Media Team, SEO Team, Design & Dev Team, Content Team.
