About the Role - 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer

• As a 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer, you will support, manage, and configure Juniper SRX and MX routers within a live BAU environment.

• You will handle escalations from 1st line, provide technical guidance, and work closely with 3rd line engineers to resolve complex issues.

• The role includes incident management, fault diagnosis, change implementation, and support for project activities.

• You will contribute to knowledge sharing and skills uplift across the 2nd line team.

Key Skills - 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer

• Hands on experience with Juniper SRX and MX platforms, including strong CLI skills.

• Solid knowledge of BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, and PKI.

• Experience working in a 24/7 NOC or WAN operations environment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across routing and switching technologies.

• Confident communicator with a customer focused approach.
