End User Hardware Sales Specialist - Existing Customers
Location:
Hybrid - Solihull M42 Corridor, Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Redditch, Coventry and Warwickshire (Circa 2 days office based once up and running)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Commission - OTE £45-50K + Full Benefits
Applause IT are looking for a driven End User Hardware Specialist to join a growing specialist sales team at one of the biggest IT VARs in the UK. You'll be working with over 4,000 existing mid-market customers across a wide range of industries, providing expert advice and solutions on end user hardware, licensing, and peripherals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their sales career within the fast-moving IT and cyber security industry. You'll build strong relationships, proactively contact existing customers, and support them in selecting the best technology solutions for their business - all while hitting sales targets and enjoying uncapped commission.
What You'll Be Doing
Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Advising on hardware, licensing, and end user solutions.
Responding to customer queries and preparing accurate quotations.
Identifying and sharing sales opportunities across specialist teams.
You will be working alongside other experienced Account Managers and Product Specialists to ensure both the retention and growth of our existing customer base.
Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and product developments.
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of success in a targeted sales environment.
Experience in IT sales and/or an IT-related qualification.
Must have strong knowledge of current laptop technology.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-first mindset with excellent service delivery.
Organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
