Invoicing Coordinator

Job Summary

Job Type – Permanent – Full Time. Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Salary – Up to £26,000 per year dependent on experience. Start Date – ASAP.

We are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Coordinator to join a well-established growing business based in Stoke on Trent. You will be directly employed working within the Finance department and reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

• Delivery of customer invoicing together with appropriate supporting information on an accurate and timely basis to our UK and International clients through various client systems and processes.
• Identify and report missing customer POs to the business on a regular basis.
• Take initiative to resolve any circumstances that are holding up the invoicing process and liaise/ co-ordinate with other departments to achieve a positive resolution for the business.
• Responsible for bank receipt allocations/credit notes & sale ledger reconciliation.
• Ensure that work not yet invoiced is kept to a minimum in order to optimise cash flow.
• Meet deadlines as set and agreed with the Team Manager.

• Sales Ledger experience including bank receipt allocations.
• Ability to enter invoice data onto client systems.
• Good level of IT skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and invoices.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
