** Desktop Support Engineer
** to join our Technology Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast‑paced, regulated fintech environment. ##
** What you’ll be doing
** You’ll play a key role in ensuring our people have the tools, access, and technology they need to perform at their best.
* Deliver first‑ and second‑line support across hardware, software, and user access
* Troubleshoot Windows, O365, networking, and device issues with confidence
* Manage laptop builds, imaging, and device lifecycle tasks
* Support onboarding and offboarding including account setup and equipment provisioning
* Maintain accurate asset records and documentation
* Collaborate with wider IT teams to escalate issues and support project delivery
* Champion great customer service and help drive continuous improvement##
** What you’ll bring
** You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, communicates clearly, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Experience in a desktop or service desk support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and basic networking
* Confidence supporting hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets in a busy environment
* A customer‑first mindset with excellent communication skills
* Experience in a regulated or corporate environment is beneficial##
