Our Sales & Marketing Teams are at the heart of our customer experience and growth ambitions and we are now looking for a talented Hub Spot CRM Manager to take ownership of our Hub Spot platform, architecture, configuration and customer insights through all sales and marketing channels and across the group.

We're looking for a skilled Hub Spot CRM Manager to design, configure, implement, and optimise our CRM infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building scalable Hub Spot configuration and workflow processes that drive sales and marketing efficiency, improve customer experiences, and deliver accurate business insights and reporting. This is a hands‑on role requiring both platform expertise and strategic thinking about business processes to drive growth.

What will you do? CRM Strategy & architecture- Design Hub Spot database structures, custom properties, and workflows that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain CRM roadmaps in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all Hub Spot systems
- Build custom workflows, automations, and integrations using Hub Spot's native tools
- Configure contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects to reflect business processes
- Set up and manage portal access, permissions, and user roles
- Manage lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and automation setup
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise data flow across systems
- Document technical solutions and maintain integration documentation
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Hub Spot functionality, integration processes, and best practices
- Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable business intelligence for sales and marketing teams
- Build custom properties and calculations to support KPI tracking
- Optimise data accuracy to ensure reporting reliability
- Provide technical support to CRM users across the organisation
- Conduct training sessions on new features and processes
- Document processes and create user guides
- Troubleshoot issues and identify system improvements
- Monitor CRM performance and recommend optimisations
- Stay current with Hub Spot platform updates and new features
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user adoption
- Conduct regular database audits and data quality reviews
- 2+ years of hands‑on Hub Spot experience (administrator or developer role)
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and sales/marketing workflows
- Proficiency with Hub Spot custom objects, workflows, and automation
- Experience with Hub Spot APIs and third‑party integrations
- Hub Spot Certification (admin, developer, or solutions architect)
- Solid understanding of data structures, relationships, and database design
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Clear communication abilities – able to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Self‑directed with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with marketing automation platforms beyond Hub Spot
- Background in sales operations or revenue operations
- Project management experience
- Experience in SaaS, tech services, or B2B environments
