Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service interventions, managing installations, and providing technical support for Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact via phone and email for customer support.
  • Schedule and coordinate field engineers using our SICON system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts and manage spare parts inventory via ERP.
  • Troubleshoot RVM systems remotely and provide initial fault analysis.
  • Prepare acceptance protocols and liaise with customers during handovers.
  • Report feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Support special projects and assist the wider team as needed.
Shift Pattern
  • One late shift per week: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pmWork from Home)
  • One weekend in every 4 (days off in lieu)
  • Occasional bank holiday coverage on rotation
Requirements
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Technical support or mechanical background preferred.
  • Team player with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport (beneficial).
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
