The position is relationship-led and operates at senior level across the business. It acts as the primary interface between technology and supply chain, helping shape how SAP S/4

HANA and wider enterprise platforms support end-to-end supply chain activity.

You will own the demand pipeline for supply chain into IT including shaping technology roadmaps, supporting investment decisions and ensuring priorities align to business outcomes.

Having excellent Senior stakeholders' engagement and relationship building is a given.

A core focus is supporting a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA programme alongside wider ERP, data and process optimisation initiatives. The role ensures change is well governed, coordinated across IT and business teams, and focused on outcomes rather than technology delivery alone.

The position also leads and develops a Business Analysis capability, setting delivery standards and supporting effective collaboration across programmes and product teams.

This role offers senior-level visibility, autonomy and influence across both technology and operational leadership. It operates in a fast-paced retail environment where credibility, relationship management and strategic thinking are essential.
