Service Now Solution Architect
Location: UK
Security Clearance: SC required ideally
A client-facing Service Now Solution Architect role within a UK-based Digital Customer Experience practice. The role focuses on pre-sales, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of Service Now implementations across enterprise clients.
ResponsibilitiesLead pre-sales and business development activities for Service Now solutions.
Own solution design, proposals, presentations, and contract support.
Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite level.
Design and deliver Service Now solutions aligned to business and customer experience goals.
Work closely with internal sales, delivery, and partner teams, including Service Now leadership.
Strong Service Now platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Service Centre, Case & Knowledge Management, and Performance Analytics.
Experience designing Service Now solutions for HR, IT, and customer experience use cases.
Hands-on knowledge of integrations, data migration, scripting, and workflow automation.
Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement.
Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
Commercial awareness with exposure to pre-sales and client demonstrations.
Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is required.
Continuous UK residency for the past five years is mandatory.
