The ideal candidate will be someone with an interest in tech or engineering that is driven and motivated to elevate their career and learn from the best.
THE ROLE:- Lead the technical support team
- Monitor and track KPI's
- Coach, train and mentor junior members of the team
- Attend regular training to become a smart home expert
- Have a keen interest in Tech or Engineering
- Background in technical support
