Senior HR Advisor – £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Winberry are partnering with a growing manufacturing business in Ammanford that's building momentum and investing in its people. They're now looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on, pragmatic HR support and help shape a strong, progressive people culture. This is a true HR generalist role where you will be visible, influential, and close to the operation.

• Advising managers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, absence, and employee relations
• Managing complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
• Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in handling people issues
• Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and best practice that enhance the employee experience
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, induction, and wider lifecycle activities
• Using HR data to spot trends, identify risks, and drive improvement
• Ensuring HR operations run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly
• Contributing to HR projects that support organisational change and workforce capability
• Continuous improvement – actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Work collaboratively across teams to improve systems, processes, and ways of working
• Provide constructive feedback and take part in cross-functional initiatives
• Support company growth by improving efficiency, collaboration, and capability

• Strong all-round HR generalist experience
• Background in manufacturing or a similar operational/industrial environment
• Confidence handling complex ER and advising managers at pace
• A pragmatic, people-focused, commercially aware approach
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
