We’relooking for a proactive
HR Assistant
to support our HR team with daytoday people administration, data management, and reporting using
BreatheHR
. This isa great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid HR career in ahands-on, supportive environment.
- Maintainaccurateemployee records in
BreatheHR
across the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers). - Support HR administration,including contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Manage absence, holiday, and employee data within
Breathe
HR. - Produce basic HR reports (headcount, absence, turnover) for the HR team.
- Support compliance with
UK GDPR
and confidentiality standards. - Act as a first point of contact for HR system and process queries.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
- Previous experience in an
HR Assistant
, HR Administrator, or People Support role. - Hands-on experience using
BreatheHR
(or another SME HR system). - Strong attention to detail and confidenceinhandling HR data.
- Good Excel and general IT skills.
- Understanding of UK HR administration and confidentiality requirements.
- Positive, organised, and willingtolearn approach.
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it).
- Experience supporting absence or HR reporting.
