People Partner (EPR Programme) - NHS - Band 7 (Agency)
Contract:
Up to 12 months | Full-time
Travel required:
You must be able to travel across Swindon (GWH), Bath (RUH) and Salisbury
Hybrid:
On-site 1-2 days per week max (rest remote)
- Day: £31.00/hr
- Night / Saturday: £40.00/hr
- Sunday / Bank Holiday: £50.00/hr
We need an experienced NHS People Partner / HR Business Partner to support a major Electronic Patient Records (EPR) programme.
Must have:- ✅ Proven NHS HR experience
- ✅ CIPD Level 5+ (evidence required)
- ✅ Strong employee relations casework (absence, conduct, grievances, disciplinaries)
- ✅ Comfortable working in a transformation / programme environment
- ✅ Able to travel between Swindon, Bath and Salisbury as required
Compliance required: CV, DBS, references, CIPD certificate.
