Location: Epping Green
A local educational organization is seeking a friendly and organized HR Executive for a maternity cover role. This part-time position (29.5 hours/week) involves supporting staff across two primary school sites. The successful candidate will manage HR processes, provide day-to-day advice, and ensure compliance with HR protocols, working closely with Headteachers. A CIPD Level 3 qualification and previous school-based HR experience are desirable but not essential.
