We're Looking For:We have several exciting opportunities across our teams:UK, US & European Recruiters:

• 360 experience in Insurance, Finance, Tech, or Change/Transformation sectors.
• £150k+ billers
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercially driven, and a strong communicator.

• Junior recruiters with 1 years' experience in recruitment or sales.

• London office launch in 2026 - looking for experienced Insurance, Tech, or Change/Transformation recruiters to build and lead a team.
• Entrepreneurial Insurance recruiters wanting to open a new office in a new location, the sky's the limit!

Our client is looking for competitive, ambitious, and commercially driven recruiters.

• Degree is a bonus but not essential.
• Honest about motivations and billings.
