Salary: £27,000 £ 32,000 DOE + highly lucrative, no-threshold commission
Location: Digbeth, Birmingham

The Role

We re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the pace, challenge and reward of 360 recruitment ideally with temp/contract experience in construction, engineering or a similar technical sector.

What you ll be doing:

• Building new business and developing warm client relationships
• Opening new sites with existing clients
• Managing your own projects, workforce and desk
• Working closely with candidates to ensure smooth placements
• Growing your own revenue with full autonomy and support
