As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between regional recruiters and candidates - guiding individuals through each stage of the recruitment process with empathy, clarity and purpose.

* ** Full-time, fixed term role until the 31st March 2027** (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
* ** Hybrid working:
** split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office
* ** Initial training:
** first 4 weeks based on-site in Upavon, Monday to Thursday
* ** As part of the induction process**, you will be required to attend an in-person, 1.5 day, induction at our offices in Bovington
** What you’ll be doing
*** support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey with empathy and clarity
* keep candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system
* take ownership of your performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
* suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes
* collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
** What we’re looking for
**** Essential Skills
*** confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
* strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* confident using digital systems and updating records accurately
* proactive mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
** Desirable Skills
*** understanding of the British Army recruitment process
* familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
* ability to suggest and implement process improvements
