We are looking for a General Manager to lead our team, drive excellence in service and operations, and continue building on The Coach House’s reputation as a true community favourite.

• OTE up to £50,000 (Salary + Bonus + Tronc)

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of The Coach House, leading a passionate team and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You’ll bring energy, precision, and positivity to every part of the operation, from service and standards to financial success and team development. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a talented, multi-skilled team
• Overseeing daily operations across food, drink, and guest experience
• Maintaining exceptional standards in service, quality, and compliance
• Driving profitability and operational efficiency
• Fostering a supportive, welcoming, and high-performing culture
• Representing The Coach House brand with passion and pride
