We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness within guest accommodation. This hands‑on role plays an important part in ensuring holiday homes are clean, safe, and well‑presented for guests.

The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage cleaning tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.

• Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to established quality standards
• Manage daily workload to complete assigned cleaning tasks within allocated time frames
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and materials in accordance with COSHH guidelines
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation across assigned areas
• Interact with guests in a professional and helpful manner when required
• Use feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of cleaning tasks
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or faults to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures during cleaning activities

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality environments
• Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning products and equipment
• Experience working in accommodation, hotel, or leisure settings
