A truly rare opportunity to join the award‑winning PIG Hotel Group as Hotel Director has become available. We are looking for someone special who really understands what THE PIG is all about and is ready to be part of our future.

As Hotel Director you will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the hotel, including the Kitchen Garden and grounds. A strong F&B background is essential, as in summer the site has two busy restaurants. You must have good operational knowledge of rooms and revenue management, and be truly passionate about great food and drink. You will lead from the front to uphold all things people related – inspiring and developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.

You will drive your teams to create an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors, putting guests at the heart of every decision. You will have full financial responsibility for the hotel and will liaise with group functions to support your pursuit of excellence. You must be comfortable on the floor, engaging guests, demonstrating true leadership, and also adept at analysing financial and KPI data to make informed, continually improving decisions.
