Please note, this is a permanent zero‑hour contracted position with alternating shift patterns. You’ll also need to attend training sessions to include night shifts and holidays.

Our Front of House Cleaner role:

We’re looking for an attentive, lively, and outgoing individual with a can‑do attitude to make guests feel at home, from first impression to final goodbye at the end of their stay.

Guests will remember you for underpinning the happiness that shaped their holiday, as you showcase the spirit of Watergate Bay with your high cleanliness standards, enthusiasm, and seamless efficiency.

You’ll be part of our dedicated team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards and ensure a pleasant environment for employees and visitors alike. This is a permanent position with all the benefits that come from being part of our core team, and in return for your commitment, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your workload and responsibilities.

As our Front of House Cleaner you’ll be:

• Supporting the Reception team with moving luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Cleaning and re‑stocking all public and staff toilets in the Hotel on a regular basis, including Kids Zone and Swim Club, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout.
• Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean, tidy, and well‑kept throughout the day.
• Vacuuming and cleaning all staircases, including balustrades.
• Cleaning the pool changing rooms and swimming pool area.
• Washing and cleaning the windows (internal) in the Living Space, Restaurant, and Hotel reception on a daily basis.
• Cleaning our offices on a weekly basis.
• Supporting the Housekeeping Assistants as and when required.
• Ensuring that the cleanliness of the Living Space is maintained throughout the day as needed.
• Performing any additional duties as required by the Head Housekeeper / Assistant Head Housekeeper.
