The person we are looking for as Maintenance Assistant has…

• Experience of working in a maintenance department or handyperson style role
• Previous all round maintenance experience, preferably within a hotel or customer service environment.
• Experience in dealing with external suppliers/contractors.
• Clear understanding of Health and Safety
• Any trade experience is a distinct advantage
• Any trade qualifications is a distinct advantage
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Exceptional communication
• Excellent customer service and very customer focused
• Friendly and Approachable nature
• Able to work individually and as part of a Team

Casual work is a great solution as it enables you to work flexibly around other commitments in your life. Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you in advance to offer you department based shifts at racedays or hospitality functions. There are usually a range of shifts available and opportunities for work are based on busy seasons and the annual racing calendar.

Positions will be allocated on the day as part of the briefing.
