The Hotel has 80 bedrooms, including superior and four poster bedrooms for that extra special break plus complimentary access to the state of the art leisure club with gym, pool, sauna and steam room. A range of beauty treatments are also available.
The 18 hole Championship Golf Course is designed around the Hotel and provides a challenging, yet enjoyable experience, regardless of handicap.
About Head Receptionist- Welcome and register guests in a hospitable and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with queries.
- Sell hotel services as appropriate to generate increased revenue.
- Ensure security of cash and safe deposits, keys and floats.
- Take messages for management and guests efficiently.
- Check guests out, handle credit cards, ledger payments, cheques and cash according to laid down procedures.
- Balance all payment methods and floats with daily banking before going off shift.
- Ensure reception area/foyer and back office is kept clean and tidy
- Provide an efficient handover.
- Ensure regular guest information is kept up to date.
- Report guest feedback to relevant personnel.
- Abide by relevant fire and health and safety procedures.
- Carry out guests business requests, i.e. faxing, photocopying.
- Assist reservations as requested.
- Assist the night shift as requested.
- Be able to manage & train a medium size team
- Have an honest interest in hospitality and Hotel business / hospitality-based degree
- Be passionate and excel in customer service
- Have excellent communication skills and excellent command of English
- Be IT friendly, comfortable with admin task
- It would be an advantage if you have previous experience of carrying out the reception function within Rezlynx system.
