We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll deliver warm, attentive, and professional service across our restaurant, bar, lounge, and event spaces. Whether assisting at breakfast, lunch, dinner, or special events, your passion for hospitality and great food & drink will shine through in every interaction.

• Welcome guests warmly and provide consistent, high-quality service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, upselling where appropriate (e.g., wines, specials, hotel amenities).
• Handle guest queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards across all F&B areas, following health and safety regulations.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth service.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as part of a team.
