The Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeships, delivered in partnership with Exeter College, HIT Training or Cedars Health & Beauty Centre, offer more than just a qualification. You’ll become a valued member of the Eden team from day one, earning while you learn, with the added bonus of rotating through core departments to discover your strengths and passion should you wish.

• Level 2 & Level 3 Chef Apprenticeships

• Hospitality Front of House
• Level 2 Horticultural RHA

In your application, please clearly state your chosen apprenticeship area.

Alongside your apprenticeship, you will join our Bovey Academy Talent Programme – a unique 12‑month journey designed to equip you with essential life skills. As part of the programme, you will develop:

You don’t need previous experience – just a great attitude and a passion for hospitality and wellbeing.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:

• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Bring energy, curiosity, and a “can‑do” mindset to every shift.
• Be comfortable working weekends – our hotels are at their best when they’re buzzing. Our hotels are busiest on Fri‑Sun, and so you should be prepared to work regular weekends.

A minimum of 40 hours per week (across 5 days, including training).
