As a commis chef within Rudding Park you will receive full training across all areas of the kitchen and have the chance to work across multiple outlets within the resort. This will enable you to gain experience in different food styles and services.

You will be working with a strong, motivated kitchen team of experienced and passionate chefs who promote collaboration and diligence.

• Preparation of dishes using the best fresh & local produce.
• Support the team in all sections as required.
• Take pride in being responsible for delivering high‑quality food for our guests.
• Work across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate, gaining an understanding of the whole business.
• Operate effectively in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.

• Deal with deliveries and stock rotation.

• Enhanced pay – 50p per hour for evening work after 7 p.m. (Sunday‑Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7 p.m. (Saturdays & Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7 p.m. (Friday & Saturdays).
• Service Charge (Tronc) earnings up to an additional £5,000 per year.
