We are looking for an experienced, passionate, hardworking individual to manage our Food and Beverage operation.
About the Flodigarry HotelThe Flodigarry Hotel is a small, family run hotel situated in the small village of Flodigarry, on the Isle of Skye. The Hotel is surrounded by private grounds all of which looks out to one of the most breath-taking views Scotland has to offer.
The Isle of Skye is an incredibly popular holiday destination with people visiting from around the world. It is important that the successful candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced environments but most importantly shares our goal, providing guests with the our famous highland hospitality we are known for, ensuring they leave with incredible memories of their experience.

- Overseeing the daily food and beverage operation
- Manage shifts, rotas, team holidays
- Overseeing booking system, communicating with team and kitchen to ensure smooth running of the shift
- Achieving targets as set by senior management team
- Dealing with complaints
- Creating a fun, hardworking environment for the team
- Regular departmental training and meetings
- Organising daily briefings with team
- Ordering of drinks, inventory, glassware
- Implementing staff incentives
- Experience is essential, minimum 1 year in a similar role
- Genuine passion for hospitality, team work and guest experience
- Customer focused
- Positive, can do attitude
- Creative, full of ideas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Organised, great communication and admin skills
- Excellent back of house knowledge
- Ability to balance workload
